All orders ship via UPS or USPS typically within 2-5 business days.
All packages are insured and tracked.

Return + Exchange Policy
In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase they may request a return authorization by emailing All approved returns will be issued a full refund in the original form of payment excluding shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return you must meet the following criteria:

Returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt and product(s) must arrive in the same condition they were received in.
If a product is damaged in transit it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt..

Customers have twenty-four (24) hours from date/time of initial order to cancel their purchase resulting in an immediate refund in their original form of payment. Please email to cancel an order.
Once your return is authorized, received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping back an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.otherwise.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged simply send us an email at within 24 hours for next steps & replacement will be processed when applicable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
