SHIPPING + RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Allow 5-7 business days to process your order (not including shipping time).

All orders ship via UPS or USPS typically within 2-5 business days. 

All packages are insured and tracked.

Slight variations in products may occur due to screen display colors and the natural nature of many of our products

 

Return + Exchange Policy

In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, they may request a return authorization by submitting a request via our Contact Us form found here.  All approved returns will be issued a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Customer must request a return authorization number (#) by contacting Saltwater Living via our Contact Us Form found here.

  • Returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt and product(s) must arrive in the same condition they were received in. 

  • If a product is damaged in transit it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt..

  • Customer is responsible for returned shipping costs

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Customers have twenty-four (24) hours from the date/time of initial order to cancel their purchase resulting in an immediate refund in their original form of payment.  Please submit a Contact Us Form found here to cancel an order.​

Refunds

 

Once your return is authorized, received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.   Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If you are shipping back an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged simply send us a Contact Us Form found here. within 24 hours for next steps & replacement will be processed when applicable.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
